Dr. Frederick Ngolemasango is an inspirational educator and an advocate of individualised learning.
With over three decades of experience in the education sector, he is the proud founder of "Aim4Success Tuition," a highly reputed tuition centre that has transformed the lives of countless students.
Dr. Ngolemasango was inspired to establish a setting that responded to students' various needs and encouraged their individual skills after seeing the shortcomings of the conventional educational system. He made the audacious decision to create Aim4Success in 2014 with the goal of reinventing the tutoring model.

Mr Mpacko Ngole
Operations Manager/ Senior Educator
Mpacko Ngole is a seasoned education professional with an intimate knowledge of the curriculum, setting the standard for our student-centred approach to education as our Senior Educator.

Mr. Ngole is essential to the smooth operation and general success of the "Aim4Success" in his capacity as Operations Manager. He played a critical part in developing the solid operating procedures that have contributed to Aim4Success' growth.
He joined the organisation in its infancy, and his aptitude for streamlining processes has optimised administrative responsibilities so that teachers can concentrate on providing high-quality education.

Mrs Florence Ngole
Client Relations Manager
Florence Ngole is a committed and personable professional who genuinely cares about education and the growth of students.
She is instrumental in making sure that the experience for both students and their families is seamless and gratifying. In her role as client relations manager, Mrs. Ngole takes delight in being the link between the tuition centre and its valued clientele.
The provision of thoughtful guidance has earned her the trust and appreciation of both clients and colleagues, and her warm and welcoming demeanour instantly puts parents and students at ease, ensuring that their concerns and aspirations are heard and understood.
